JERUSALEM (CNN) - The Israeli cabinet approved the call up of reserve soldiers for use in the Gaza operations, said Mark Regev, a spokesman for the prime minister.
Regev would not say how many reserve troops might be activated by the defense minister.
A Knesset committee must approve the call up, he said.
