BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) - A car bomb exploded in the busy al-Zahra square in northwestern Baghdad's Kadhmiya neighborhood around noon Saturday, killing 18 people and wounding 30 others, according to an official with Iraq's Interior Ministry.
A small bus station and outdoor market are near the blast, which was in a mostly Shitte area.
