ST. PAUL, Minnesota (CNN) - Police used tear gas and percussion grenades Thursday night to disperse a crowd that had gathered near the State Capitol, about six blocks from the site of the Republican National Convention.
The gas was used when marchers tried to cross a bridge after being warned not to.
