Ohio congresswoman suffers aneurysmPosted: 01:53 PM ET
(CNN) - Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones of Ohio - a Democratic superdelegate and one of Hillary Clinton's most ardent supporters - was rushed to the hospital Tuesday evening after suffering an aneurysm as she drove in her home district in Cleveland, a statement from her office said Wednesday. "At the present time Rep. Tubbs Jones' condition has stabilized and she is receiving the best care available," said the statement from spokeswoman Nicole Williams. The congresswoman had a full day of activity on Tuesday, the statement said, "including planning for an upcoming forum on electoral reform, scheduled for September 4, 2008, at Cleveland State University." –From CNN's Alexander Mooney |
