5 dead, 20 wounded in suicide blast in Lahore

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (CNN) - A suicide bomber killed five people and wounded 20 more late Wednesday in the eastern Pakistani city of Lahore, according to the inspector general's office with Punjab province police.

The suicide bomber drove a motorcycle into a gathering of police officers near a police station in a busy shopping center in Lahore before detonating explosives, police said.
