SAN ANGELO, Texas (CNN) — A day after an appeals court ruled that the state of Texas had no right to remove children from a ranch owned by a polygamist sect, a court spokesman said the state plans to appeal that decision to the Texas Supreme Court. The state notified the court it would file the appeal on Friday, according to Osler McCarthy of the Supreme Court. |
